The room was clean the bed was huge the coffee provided in the room was a lovely touch and full WIFI coverage made working easy. I found the breakfast to be very good and the cleanliness standard throughout the entire hotel was notably high. Parking was conveniently available and the staff happily held onto my luggage which facilitated my schedule. I appreciated the friendly helpful staff during check-in. They provided clear directions to the city center.

The doors really bang when closed it disrupted sleep slightly. I think the hotel could benefit from some soft closures to prevent this issue.

My room had a king room accessible option, it was spacious. breakfast included various options, a very pleasant surprise. free parking was available. That helped me save money. staff gave clear directions to the city center, so navigation was not a problem.

My room lacked a remote control for the television. I had to change channels manually. the bathroom fan did not work. Ventilation was poor. i noticed noise from traffic in the evenings. I found it hard to ignore.
